Beginning with the Manifesto for Futurist architecture by Sant'Elia (1914), this collection is comprised of 14 short papers and illustrations of works by the most influential designers in the Modernist movement in Western and Central Europe. There are papers by Gropius on functional architecture, Le Corbusier on urbanism, F.T. Marinetti on the genius of Sant'Elia, and others by Diulgheroff, Ginsburger, Sartoris, Prampolini, Fillia, Vedres, and Lurçat and illustrations of works by the above architects and B.
