Short 14 pp. pamphlet published after the Exposition Universelle of 1878, and which proposed further modifications to the city of Paris including moving the city walls west to encompass St. Ouen au Point du Jour, increases in public security and communication, extension of bus and tram lines, a decrease in the price of land, and the opening of additional public works sites. Illustrated with one small diagram to demonstrate the proposed annexation. Some yellowing of paper. 16mo. Printed wrpps., yellowed, some staining, small tears to spine and margins.
