First edition of this rare volume of poems in support of the revolution and the violence of the Civil War, with striking futurist imagery replete with references to aeroplanes, electrification, and spermatozoids. Published in Saratov, where the poet had settled in 1917. Zenkevich was a volunteer for the Red Army and later worked for ROSTA while still in Saratov. He moved to Moscow in 1923.
